Hello Pennant banner kit

This kit includes everything you need to create either a pennant banner with tassels or a pennant banner with yellow pom pom trim. The only thing extra you need are scissors.

2 x Embroidery threads (more than enough for what you will need!)

1 x Embroidery needle

1 x Water soluble fabric pen (which you can use again and again to continue your embroidery journey)
